- Head of Growth Onboarding New Partnership and growing business with them, Planning growth Strategy and executing it
Job Location: Remote in future Bangalore
Relationships : Internal, External, Senior Management Team, Operations Team, Technology Team and Product team
CXOs, Business and Finance team
Main Responsibilities :
- Identifying New Segments, Market, Potential Customers
- Acquiring, Onboarding and Scaling Business with new customer
- Using Analytics, Reports and Funnel Optimization to grow business
- Optimize Business Processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree shall be an added advantage
- 3-12 Years of Experience in Building B2B Partner Relationships and growing them, preferably in growth-stage startups
Core Competencies :
- Excellent presentation, communication skills, analytical, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Capable of working under pressure
- Capable of handling key responsibilities
- Capable of leading and working together in a team
- Good grasp of the fundamentals of business
- Ability to establish and maintain partnerships and provide thought leadership
