The Job
As a professional leading the firm's growth efforts, you will be working closely with the senior management on key market strategies, product releases & expansion plans. You will be looking to :
- Marketing & branding activities.
- New product launch & feature release roadmaps.
- Overall activities of the sales team.
Your major focus will be towards identifying multi-channel growth strategies and brainstorming them with key stakeholders, both internal & external, to finalize and implement.
The Profile
- You posses a Masters in Business Administration and have a solid experience of the at least 7 years ideally in Sales & Marketing or related roles.
- A minimum of 1 year experience within growth strategy role is required.
- You have hands-on experience and solid understanding of digital marketing channels, customer acquisition & conversion funnels and other growth techniques.
- You understand the country's FinTech ecosystem and have solid understanding of market offerings in this space.
- You are analytical by nature and love working with numbers and deriving actionable insights.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
- You can comfortably collaborate with senior stakeholders and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
