Job Description
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a wide range of graphic content wrt internal communication
- Create animation/ video based graphic content related for various projects including employee trainings
- Record, edit, finalize employee videos related to various events/ projects
- Use artistic flair to develop illustrations, icons, logos and other custom graphics as per requirements
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to ensure optimal studio consumption
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand's tone, style, and values
