Head - Event Management (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- The Head of Events Management is responsible for managing Social and Religious events related to human= lifecycle/school/media houses.
- P&L responsibility for the Events business. Conceptualize, create and execute Events with international standards including the research necessary to assist in a successful launch.
- Responsible for building a team of dedicated and passionate staff members
- Should drive business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies
- Proven leadership in managing Events and should be passionate in this field
- Provide expertise on current industry best practices
- Identify new areas of Events based opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
- Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- Work Experience of 10 years+
