Position: Regional Head of Enterprise Sales ( Pharma Vertical)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Note: Person will be responsible to do enterprise sales/Solution sales( Cloud, Data Center,Unified Communication,VOIP to Pharma Vertical.

Job Description:

- As a Segment Head - Sales, the role incumbent will be responsible for consistent order booking LOB wise throughout the Region .

- will be responsible for Revenue Targets, Revenue Retention and Revenue Maximization in line with the Direct Business and the SBU Target.

- will need to work out strategies for maximizing the business for this segment across the Geography as well as industry verticals.

- The Role Incumbent will make proper assessments of the market size/demand, competition and advise the COO accordingly. Maintain Operational Metrics.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Increased Business volumes (Existing and New)

- Increased customer base

- Maximizing Revenues & Gross Margins

- Decrease Outstanding (if any) and increase collections

- People Management
