Fluency in the regional language, along with English and Hindi, is a must.
About the Role :
1. Expand Network : Develop and nurture a pipeline of distributors across FMCG, Energy (Battery), and building materials industries. Collaborate with distributors to negotiate and secure sustainable, profitable agreements.
2. Drive Business : Establish metrics to measure process success and refine workflows based on feedback.
3. Client Engagement : Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on RSM/ASM level engagement.
4. Solution Crafting : Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and deliver customized solutions for improved customer experience.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to facilitate agreements and implement solutions.
6. Market Awareness : Stay updated on market trends and competitors, sharing insights to enhance offerings.
7. Process Compliance : Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance policies for client acquisition and onboarding.
Requirements:
1. 2-4 years of Sales/Business Development experience.
2. Strong understanding of distributor-retailer dynamics and credit in business.
3. Experience in FMCG/Energy Storage sectors preferred.
