An Inside Sales / Direct Sales Head plays a vital role in building relation with customer & grows revenue strategically by focusing on (B2C) sales opportunities.


Role:

1. Leadership Role need an acumen of Strong Sales performance Driven Strategy in establishing and growing the business in manifold.

2. A Runner who has natural ability to enthuse prospects, someone who has a passion for counselling to the prospects.

3. Skilled Leader to encourage army of tele/ inside sales team, deliver on business targets and ready to roll up their sleeves to support the growth of the organization.

4. Practical solution seller who takes a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead & manage the entire Direct sales team / Tele sales team in-house / remotely which strives to deliver the business targets. Hire, train, cross skill & up skill and retain the best Tele sales talent.

2. Own complete P&L of the Direct sales / Tele sales vertical and formulate a data-driven strategy for business enhancement.

3. Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals.

4. Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.

5. Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business alliances.

6. Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through structured data-driven experimentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

What You'll Need:

1. Graduate from a Top Tier Business School.

2. Overall 5+ years of work experience, with expertise in managing in-house sales / Telesales team.

3. P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skills

4. Ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes mindset.
