Head - Digital Sales - Broking Services (10-18 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- The company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Digital Sales to lead our online sales efforts in the broking sector.
- The candidate will be responsible for action on the leads, making outbound calls, and converting the leads into valued customers.
- This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital sales in the financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective strategies for converting the leads within the broking sector.
- Identify and target potential clients through various online channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry-specific platforms.
- Collaborating with the marketing team.
- Managing outbound call center for lead conversion (call center team around 250 people).
- Articulating the value proposition of our products/services and addressing any objections.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Develop and implement a structured sales process to effectively convert leads into customers.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients based on their individual requirements.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a seamless transition to the onboarding process.
- Create and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy for the insurance and broking sectors.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine the strategy.
- Work with the sales team to set achievable sales targets and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing digital sales team.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance and broking sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in digital sales, especially within the broking sectors.
