Designation : Digital Performance Head
Reports to : CEO and Co-Founders
Co-ordinates:
1. Marketing team
2. Finance
3. Production Team
4. Distribution and warehouse management teams
Profile:
1. 7-8 years of proven work experience as digital marketing position
2. Bachelors or master degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
3. High on Influential Skills, followed by compliance, Steadiness and Dominance value
4. Effective communication
5. On key behavior perspective - high in energy, optimistic and a go getter in terms of challenges.
6. Output delivered in a timely manner
7. Possessing analytical skills
Competencies:
1. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
2. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
5. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
