Job Description :
- Preparing Marketing plans for promoting various products in accordance with sales macro plans of the company.
- Driving marketing initiatives to achieve business goals through the demonstration of initiative and proactive behavior with a focus on adding value to the bottom line.
- Driving Business Growth strategies across OTC Industry across Markets.
- Contribute to the executive leadership of the overall business as an active member of the core executive team.
- Research on market trends and work with both internal and external stakeholders and industry experts to proactively build capabilities
- Manage and execute Lead Generation, Customer Retention & Branding Campaigns in coordination with internal teams and external partners (agencies)
- Campaign Planning (Planning, Budgeting, Calendar Finalization & Innovations).
- Concept development and campaign execution for social media, Digital, E-commerce Marketing, ATL, print Media & OOH
- Analyzing market, competition & consumer behavior to deliver insights & inputs into communication planning & development.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the ROI of every campaign and its overall contribution to marketing growth in terms of leads, pipeline generated, revenue, and overall customer experience.
- Optimize the performance of all marketing systems like websites and blogs through experimentation with customized landing pages, CTAs, layouts, look-n-feel, and A/B testing.
- Performance Management through generating reports across campaigns & initiatives and taking appropriate measures proactively.
- Forecasting of business performance, Benchmarking, process analysis, communication, change management and strategy.)
- Product management by identifying the underlying resources and customer requirements to enable functions/channels to design and implement initiatives to provide better customer experience.
- Manage the entire Customer Life Cycle journey - acquisition, activation, revenue maximization and retention. Define growth initiatives across all channels - digital marketing, alliance partnerships, and offline.
- Effectively manage CRM by segmenting them by relevant attributes and recommending best in Class offerings through communication via digital push across Social Media, Notifications, E-mails, and Newsletters & Product Catalog etc.
- Create sales collaterals including presentations, case studies and other promotional material. Implementing Innovative SEO Strategy, Influencer marketing and Agile Marketing across various platforms. Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring the Sales & marketing team, provide timely support and enabling them to upscale.
- Management of vendors and agencies which include negotiation, execution & performance tracking.
- Financials, Profitability & Budgetary Control
- Achieve Market Share, bottom-line targets, top line & profitability.
- Operational Budgetary controls for cost and profit management.
- Evaluate investments through ROI analysis.
- Building Brands/Therapy
- Identification of pain points/opportunity areas through critical & thorough analysis of sales, OTC and allied data, define optimal objectives & formulate effective strategies for brands/ therapies/sub therapies New product launches/ venture into new therapeutic segments.
- Create impactful communication and campaigns to build brands and therapies/sub therapies.
- From conceptualization to implementation of innovative and creative Business Solutions to grow the market/prescription base.
- Align SBU/Vertical goals to organizational goals as measured by broad plans/therapy plans.
- Work effectively with creative agencies as partners, to develop differentiated and impactful brand/ therapy campaigns along with respective team members.
