Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketer to join as Head of Digital Marketing! With aggressive plans in place, the role will be responsible for implementing the existing strategies and developing newer plans to aid growth. The role currently directly reports to the CEO and is a high impact, high visibility profile across the organization.

Basic Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of overall experience. With 2-3 years of handling multiple Digital marketing channels and campaigns

2. Proficient in Web and App analytics

3. Experience in co-ordinating with various teams - Content, Creative and Tech

Job Description:

- Planning, developing, improving, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. We are present on iOS, Android and Web platforms and are bullish on all three. Annual marketing budget of over USD 1 million.

- Planning & Budgets: Creating monthly Digital Marketing Campaign and Channel plans in consultation with the Category teams

- Creatives & Content: Working with Creative and Content team to streamline marketing communications.

- Channel & Campaigns: Both Paid & Organic Paid channels: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google Shopping, Google SEM, Retargeting Owned, Earned & Organic channels: Webengage to manage Customer Lifecycle using Emails & Push notifications. Search Engine Optimization for Organic traffic

- Analytics & Measurement: Proficient in handling Google analytics and Appsflyer for Web and App Analytics.

- Team: Defining KRAs of team members with effectively measuring their performance
