Head - Digital Marketing - Corporate Printing & Gifting (7-11 yrs)

- Mandaala by PrintStop is a SaaS-based platform for Enterprises and it automates the order-to-delivery workflows for branded merchandise, onboarding kits, stationery, marketing collateral, corporate gifts, and a lot more. Using Mandaala's digital portals for specific products, large organizations automate the manual effort, eliminate errors in artworks, enable inbuilt approvals, and get complete visibility of spending, thus reducing the effort required by almost 80%. Role Marketing Manager :

- The primary responsibility of this role is to drive and own the KRAs of Printstop's marketing function. The Primary objective of the function is lead generation for the Enterprise and SME verticals as well as building the brand to be a thought leader in corporate printing and gifting industry.

- This role will lead a team of 3 members.

Location : Mumbai

Qualifications & Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience in b2b where the main kpi was lead generation

- Any of the below experiences will be a value add: - Scaling a b2b brand

- Working with SaaS

- Working in the printing or gifting industry

Skillsets Primary :

1. Adept with B2B content strategy and execution

2. Excellent verbal and written communication

3. Strong Business acumen: customer - product - value proposition

4. In-depth execution knowledge of multiple lead generation channels for b2b

5. Strong Story Telling Skills (Ability to identify/create stories and convert them to marketing ideas, and campaigns)

6. Strong understanding of strategies to build a b2b brand

7. Strong attention to detail

8. Strong project/task management

9. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask

10. Strong leadership skills

11. Strong Analytical skills

12. Is a Self-starter

Secondary :

1. Strong understanding of SEO

2. Industry knowledge and updated on Marketing trends

3. Well networked

4. Knowledge about PR

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on lead generation and brand building.

2. Lead a talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.

3. Drive successful lead generation campaigns for both SMEs and large enterprises, utilizing a mix of digital marketing channels.

4. Elevate the PrintStop & Mandala brand by implementing strategies that position us as a thought leader in the corporate printing and gifting industry.

5. Leverage digital marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to enhance online presence and customer engagement.

6. Analyze data and key performance indicators to assess the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.

7. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified customer experience.

8. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.

9. Represent PrintStop at industry events, conferences, and through thought leadership initiatives.
