Head - Customer Support/Sales - General Trading & Broking (6-8 yrs)
- Knowledge & expertise in General Trading and Broking.
- Corporate Sales experience in SMEs/MMEs and Large Corporate
- Business development, Increasing revenues and profitability by building strategic partnership.
- Managing the entire profit and loss of business
- Responsible for B2B Channel (APs/Franchisee) business growth in terms of revenue in assigned zone across all the products.
- Handling a team of BMs and Operation Executives associated with B2B Revenue
- Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearly targets for New KYC, Equity Revenue, Mutual Funds and Insurance
- Monitoring competition, identify industry benchmarks and integrate the best practices.
- Monitoring and controlling cost
- Ensure to Educate and train BMs and APs from time to time
- Driving business results as per the regional Goal Sheet plan
- Conduct Business Event in order to maintain relations and increase revenue.
- Coordinating with prime Sub-Brokers/APs/End Clients
- Handling people management activities
- Coordinate with teams for smooth sales and related back office processes
- Ensure the best practices are being followed at all times in all the AP outlets
- Compliance monitoring as per the requirement of Compliance Department
Required Candidate profile :
- Team Management, Key account management skills including presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed
- Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to set your own objectives
- Courtesy while speaking
- Building a rapport with the customer
- Excellent communication & analytic skills
- MBA in Insurance Management /Sales/Marketing
- Overcoming sales objections and good closing skills.
