Head - Customer Success - IT (6-12 yrs)
Requirements:
1. Drive new cross-sell, upsell opportunities with customer success and product teams.
2. Implement new strategies and processes.
3. Training, coaching, learning and development programs for all CSM's.
4. Handle a team of 15+ CSM along with zonal leaders.
5. Own overall health of the assigned clients which include : Client on-boarding, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Experience : 6+ years as Head customer success.
Notice Period : Not more than 30 days.
- Male candidate preferred.
