Head - Customer Service (8-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage proactively with RMs and be their single point of contact for all service related requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries & requirements raised by clients and RM's.
- Coordinate with other teams & outfits for critical & complex requirements & escalations.
- Be hands on and provide best in class service to clients.
- Ensure timely revert to clients & respective RMs towards pending documentations/KYC.
