Head - Corporate Sales - IT (5-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive growth.
Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales professionals.
- Set clear sales targets and track performance metrics.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts and partnerships.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing initiatives.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling to existing clients, and expanding market share.
- Monitor sales pipelines and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
-Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for product development and market expansion.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the executive team.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge & expertise in google architect is a plus point
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, particularly in the IT industry.
- Capability of revenue generation through Sales of firewall, storage, CCTV, total networking project, IT manage services, leased line services etc.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Capability to coordinate with Technical Team to develop the proposal for Infra networking project and its CBA.
