Head - Corporate Sales - FMCG (5-19 yrs)

We are urgently hiring for the profile of Corporate Sales Head (Grade will be worked upon accordingly) for Gurgaon Location:

Reporting to : CEO

About the role | Corporate Sales Head :

Looking for motivated, results-driven Corporate sales executive to be part of our corporate sales team to understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the corporate sales across India and coordinate with other region team

- Responsible for the P&L and following proper processes to manage leads in a CRM

- Should have existing connects with Corporates and Institutions

- Understand client's requirements and presenting them the appropriate and customized gift solutions and quotation

- Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications

- Should have hands on experience of using CRM tools

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base

- Should be open to travel across country/ abroad for sales meetings with prospective clients

- Set product target timeline & meet the delivery time.

- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

- Work closely with the market research team to study, identify and target potential white spaces, international trends, new popcorn product ideas and developments in the FMCG dessert market.

- Keeping up with ever-changing food production regulations

- Planning client acquisition strategies.

- Successfully Sign up and Onboarding of the Corporate catering.

- Passionate about people, enjoy building and managing relationships, empathetic and quickly able to establish rapport with the key stakeholder like society manager/chairman, corporate admin, event organizer etc.

- Build a good business funnel in order to achieve monthly /quarterly business goals.

- Keep adding/converting new big housing societies, B2B customers and becoming their preferred partner

- End-to-end co-ordination of orders with manufacturing department & ensuring client

- Strategizing, execution and accountability for Sales targets

Critical requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor degree/Post graduate degree in Business management/Hotel Management/B-com/B.Sc etc from top tier institutions

- Minimum of 5-8 year's experience of corporate/B2B sales experience specially in Food and beverage services

- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills, who works independently and has the drive to raise the bar.

- Innovative attitude, trying to do something new or finding a unique way to do things

- Project a committed attitude by showing a willingness to do whatever it takes to fulfill the duties of positions and via the development of innovative ideas

- Problem solver - any and all problems that may arise with respect to sales of the product

- Should also have a helpful & respectful attitude when interacting with coworkers, functional heads, cross department and customers, to accomplish overall company goals

Preferred requirements :

- A mindset to grow an FMCG brand to its peak with best in-house capabilities

- An ability to look at life through a strategic lens

- A full blown hustler

- Experience with working in a startup like environment.

- Experience in corporate gift sales

Candidate attribute :

- Entrepreneurial in nature.

- Willingness to travel extensively within a city

- Time management and prioritization skills.

- Knowledge of Food Products Manufacturing, Regulatory
