Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Head of Corporate Business Development at will be responsible for driving B2B sales and managing the business development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B background, with a solid experience of 8 to 12 years in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute effective strategies to drive corporate business growth and achieve sales targets.

- Identify and target potential B2B clients, engaging in both outbound and inbound sales activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Lead and manage a team of business development executives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospects, showcasing the value of products and services.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management, highlighting key metrics and progress.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B sales and business development.

- Continuously improve and optimize sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 8 to 12 years in B2B sales, preferably within the software industry.

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
