Job Description :

The Group Head - Copy will be responsible for visualisation, conceptualisation, execution and direction of the projects and deliver great solutions. Accountable for overall quality of copy delivered.

Responsibilities :

- Conceptualise and write copy for brands as per campaign briefs

- Work with the art team to bring their ideas to life

- Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for online/offline brands

- Supervising the team of copy writers; ensuring brand consistency and accuracy in output and alignment

- Oversee proof-reading, copy editing and fact checking of communication

- Work with the team to develop content strategies and content calendars for clients

- Come up with proactive ideas across Grapes' brand

- Collaborate with Designers, Producers, Account Managers and Planners to ensure copy is delivered on time and in line with our client's expectations

- Ensuring timely and flawless execution by team

- Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basis

- Monitoring campaign effectiveness

Job Requirements :

- 5+ years of prior experience with online / offline campaigns

- Passionate about the latest trends in the market

- Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team

- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)

- Ability to create concepts and copy that deliver on creative briefs and align to business goals

- Problem solving ability and work under stringent deadlines

- Attention to detail (punctuation, grammar, tone of voice) a must

- A Go Getter/Never Say Die attitude

- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
