Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and leadership, and having experience in the technology industry.

3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, sales enablement and business growth.

4. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, audience-centric content.

5. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring a diverse team of content creators and strategists.

6. Deep understanding of content marketing principles, including SEO, content distribution, and performance analysis.

7. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas and formats.

8. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

10. Passion for technology, an interest in industry trends, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Content Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our company's vision, target audience, and business goals and create a content calendar for marketing communications and sales enablement.

2. Thought Leadership : Position our brand as a thought leader in the industry by overseeing the creation of insightful, thought-provoking content that showcases our expertise and innovation.

3. Brand Voice : Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content channels, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and values.

4. Content Creation : Drive the development of high-quality content across various platforms, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, case studies, videos, webinars, email campaigns, newsletters, infographics, social media content, presentations, sales enablement pieces, data sheets, one-pagers, website, landing pages and more.

5. Editorial Oversight : Provide strategic guidance and editorial direction to the content team, ensuring all content is well-researched, accurate, compelling, and aligned with our target audience.

6. Content Distribution : Develop and implement distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of our content, leveraging various channels such as our website, social media, email newsletters, and industry publications.

7. Team Leadership : Manage and inspire a team of content creators, editors, and strategists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

8. Performance Analysis : Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and drive continuous improvement.

9. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with marketing, product, design, and other teams to align content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and business objectives.

10. Industry Trends : Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in content marketing and the tech industry, ensuring our content remains innovative and ahead of the curve.
