Head - Client Relations (10-15 yrs)
As Head of Client Relations you will be responsible for:
- Building and Nurturing Client Relationships for maximum advocacy
- Build and Present ROIs to key accounts and ensure that there is clear visibility at the top level in the client organisation about value added by MyNextHire
- Build case studies and significantly contribute towards joint marketing campaigns led by marketing teams
- Upsell MyNextHire Services to the existing clients
- Collect references from existing clients for expansion into associated businesses of existing clients + new client references from them
- Handle escalations with extreme care to ensure great CSAT
- Engage the talent acquisition community and build a great reputation for the company
What do you need to bring :
- Topnotch English communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials and background
- Passion for client servicing and relationship building
- Experience of handling a similar position earlier is a MUST
- Go getter attitude, never give up attitude, no excuses attitude is essential for the success of this role
