Head - Channel Sales - EdTech (15-20 yrs)

- Preferably an MBA or professional qualification from a premier college

- 17 Years+ of experience in marketing in Ed-Tech start-up, unicorns or other established technology product companies

- Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels

- Good knowledge across marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing Strong strategic skills and be able to think into the future opportunities and challenges

- Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth

- Strategy; turn business objectives into a robust and effective marketing strategy to help the business achieve its goals

- Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products or services

- Budget; manage and report on the marketing budget

- Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining and implementing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

- Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports

- Manage the company's website, blog, SEO/SEM programs, resource center, and other marketing initiatives

- Agency Management; be responsible for the output and performance of our content and digital marketing agency

- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

- Sales Support; support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects

- Demand Generation; utilise a variety of tactics - ABM, paid social, webinars and email marketing - to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth
