Drive profitable growth of the Cards BU in line with business plans through strategic thought leadership and leading a large all team.


 Job Requirements :


 Qualifications :


 - MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes or CA (1st or 2nd attempt)-


- 18+ years total experience including 5 years experience as a P&L Head.-


 Roles & Responsibilities : 


 - Owning the Cards BU P&L including the annual topline and bottomline targets 


- Developing and executing strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve topline and- bottomline targets and expand the customer base- 


 - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships


- Understanding industry trends and customer needs.


 - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives


 - Lead the Cards BU team


 - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations- 


 Functional Competencies :


- Proven track record of driving profitable business growth through clients in Banking Sector.


 - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including- executive and C-level


- Proven ability to drive the end to end sales process


- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services


 - Proven ability to position products against competitors


- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable- solutions- 


 Behavioral- Competencies : 


 - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills-


 - Excellent verbal and written communications skills 


 - Excellent Leadership skills


- Strong networking and interpersonal skills (stakeholder management / engaging with- senior / top management people)
