Business Development Head
- Leading and managing a team of driven individuals to grow the 4MM business in the region.
- Be part of the leadership team of 4MM and be involved in strategic decision making across divisions.
- Be Client centric and ensure the meeting and exceeding of commitments made to the clients.
- Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to the existing customer base across the region.
- Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
- Build a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
- Develop & implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends.
Qualification & Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Strong background of corporate B2B Sales.
- Ability to work independently and build a team
