We are Hiring for Our own Leading Executive Search Firm (Skyleaf Consultants) for our Delhi Office in South Delhi.
Job role: Business Development Head (Recruitment Services - Permanent Needs)
Job Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi (walkable from Kailash Colony Metro Station)
Key Requirements:
Minimum experience should be 4 Years into Business development in Recruitment domain, Pre-sales, Sales, Client handling, Client presentations, Client Account development & Management, Sales Lead and Lead generation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales Activities: Assisting with Sales proposals, Tender responses and Product demonstration to prospective clients
- Identifying new client leads.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Researching potential organisation's and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching the needs of other companies.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Strong communication and presentation Skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
- Working Days - Mon--Fri
- Timings - 9 hours a day
