Role & Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate C suite client needs, with the objective of brands to undertake digital transformation.

2. Evaluate newer Solution-Offering opportunities

3. Establish contacts with key decision makers / C suite /marketing heads of large/mid corporate clients & Brands.

4. Take ownership for growing the revenue by sales efforts - market coverage and new business development.

5. Conceive sales strategies and pitch them to brand owners or key decision makers and develop long term business relations.

6. Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly sales activity, reporting and target- achievement

7. Constantly gauge market responses for further strengthening our business relationships.

8. Must have exposure to selling media solutions to brands.

9. Strong experience in Ad / Media Sales / Client acquisition (OOH, Radio, TV, Print).

- Experience in Out of Home (OOH) will be highly preferred.

10.Must have exposure to acquiring and handling large/ mid corporate clients / advertisers.

11. Voracious Appetite for information, for new business, for new ideas.

12. Hands-on experience in concept selling, brand planning & selling, prospecting and business development/alliances

13. Able to identify the client's priority and provide a solution-based approach.

14. A networked individual with pre-existing relationships with clients and ad agencies . - Strategic and intellectual agility - can connect the dots and recommend next steps in a linear course of action.

15. Ability to perform in a target driven sales environment and cope up with a fast- moving business environment

16. Ability to build rapport and strike conversion at C suite level individuals.

17. Excellent verbal & written communication. Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management and presentation skills
