Head - Business Development - Clinical Research Organisation (12-20 yrs)
Position : Head Marketing & Business Development CRO / Clinical Research Organisation
Location : Pune
Job Responsibilities :
- To work as part of a business development team to identify growth areas and expand the client base of the company.
- To coordinate and maintain all activities required for the smooth and effective functioning of companies business development activities
- To ensure the use of strategy and fact-based decision making in all market development activities and plans
- To uphold and enhance the reputation of company through ethical conduct,high quality customer service, courteousness and timely action
- To uphold and enhance the reputation of company in the eyes of all its other stakeholders, through ethical conduct, courteousness and timely action.
- Strategic planning, market segmentation and detailed planning of business development activities to be completed within defined periods of time
- Approaching customers through various means and media.
- Taking into account available budgets and effectively and efficiently planning marketing activities around these availabilities.
- Developing program plans, resource requirements, strategic analysis and research for business growth.
