Head - Business Development - B2B Channel - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
- The candidate will be responsible to drive our B2B business by placing Nova Nova products in HORECA channels. The key responsibilities would be as follows:
- Driving our Bulk and Corporate Gifting business through reactive and proactive marketing campaigns
- Getting our products listed in HORECA channels such as cafes, airlines and hotels.
- Cracking deals with large Gifting Companies for adding Nova Nova products in their portfolio.
- Participating in Offline Events and Brand Partnerships
- Candidate will be responsible for overall P&L of the B2B business along with co-ordination with internal team for execution.
- Nova Nova is a Food D2C brand in the Sweet snacking space. The company was established in 2014 and known as Waffle House before being rebranded to Nova Nova in 2021. Over the past couple of years, Nova Nova has launched multiple new and innovative products in the chocolate and confectionery category through Digital Channels such as their own website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms such as Instamart, Zepto and Blinkit. Nova Nova is now looking to expand it's distribution offline as well with presence in over 1000 retail outlets across India already.
- Nova Nova is backed by multiple institutional consumer funds and is growing rapidly over the past couple of years. It is now looking to build a team who are passionate about food, consumer business and building the next new age FMCG brand out of India.
