Head of Brand Marketing and Digital
The Headofmarketing will have the following key job accountabilities :
Brand Strategy & Implementation :
- Define and enhance the brand essence and brand framework for the company
- Create and implement the brand strategy into larger brand plans.
- Plan and execute brand communications and media actions offline and online
- Internal brand marketing (make the brand come alive)
Marketing & Demand Generation :
- Drive Awareness & Brand Consideration for the hospital
- Create customer segmentation strategy
- Build and grow the super specialties through effective marketing and positioning
- Track and report ROI and digital marketing metrics of all marketing channels/campaign including referral, social media, international, direct, BTL efforts etc.
- Keep the abreast of emerging trends in the marketing /digital marketing space, and business opportunities along with insights to drive business growth
- Generate Customer analytics and insights to shape actions across channels and products
Communication & PR :
- Build an effective and sharp communication design framework including the brand guidelines and campaigns for digital and offline communication and PR
- Manage digital agency selection and relationships with partners
- Develop and implement marketing collaterals -sales, patient experience and education
- Lead Internal communication and corporate communication
- Develop and manage media relationships
- People Management & Cross Functional Leadership
- Lead and manage sales, marketing, and brand team,
- Oversee team recruitment, development, and engagement - build an effective new age marketing organization
- Keep abreast of and communicate consumer dynamics, emerging industry trends and developments
