Head - Brand Communications & Strategy - Education (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Brand Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the school's mission, values, and educational philosophy. Define key brand messages, positioning, and differentiation strategies to promote the unique value proposition of the school.

2. Brand Identity and Visual Identity : Oversee the development and maintenance of the school's brand identity, including logo, colors, typography, and visual assets. Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and marketing materials.

3. Marketing and Communication Planning : Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans to promote the school's programs, events, and achievements to prospective families, educators, and stakeholders.

4. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management : Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, and social media engagement.

5. Content Development : Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including website copy, blog posts, newsletters, brochures, videos, and multimedia content.

6. Public Relations and Media Relations : Develop and maintain relationships with local and international media outlets, journalists, influencers, and educational organizations.

7. Community Engagement and Partnerships : Build strong relationships with the local community, educational institutions, businesses, and organizations.

8. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder feedback to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

9. Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.

10. Leadership and Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications roles, preferably in the education sector or related industries.

3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand communication strategies and marketing campaigns.

4. Strong understanding of branding principles, market research methodologies, and digital marketing techniques.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
