Job Description- B2B Sales Head

- Our Client Story

- Our client started in September of 2015 with all of $250/- invested to kick start the company. By September of 2020 


- Our client had revenue of $1 million+

- We're focused on dominating the Finance & Accounting sector which we see is our pathway to ensuring India and the world gets good quality education and great jobs.

School Tie-ups are at 118 II College & University Tie-ups are at 18 II Corporate Tie-ups are at 12 With this, we've impacted over 16,000 students as of the date and our aim by 2025 is to get to the 100,000 number and we're on track.

This role is very critical and strategic to the company. He/She will be handling the entire B2B Sales team of our client Reporting will be to the Director/Founder

What to expect from the role :

1. New business development involving prospect development.

2. Research and build relationships with new clients.

3. Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations

4. Plan approaches and pitches for corporates and institutes

5. Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

6. Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in the preparation of proposals.

7. Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.

8. Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.

9. Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development

10. Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.

11. Own up the overall training and quality of the sales teams. Provide training interventions, feedbacks in coordination with the Product team

Candidate's attributes :

1. Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

2. Strong analytical, networking, and management skills.

3. Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job

4. Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment

5. Self-learners with high grasping ability

6. 6-8 years of sales experience in B2B in Ed Tech Industry, currently managing a team
