Head - Affiliate Marketing - Financial Services (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through our platform connecting financial advisors with banks
- Identify and onboard new affiliates, negotiate terms and commissions, and manage relationships with existing partners
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and distribute promotional materials, including banners, emails, and landing pages
- Analyze and report on the performance of affiliates and campaigns, and optimize as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
- Manage budget and resources effectively
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate marketing
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using affiliate marketing platforms and tools
