1. Sourcing and Business Generation
2. Market update & Change in product/Processes
3. Relationship building & Maintenance
4. Delinquency/Rotation & Recovery/Housekeeping
5. Farmer education & capacity building
6. Increased Penetration & cross sell
7. Training and development of SO/HBL.
8. Relationship with Retail Branches & Other stake holders.
