HealthCare atHOME is looking for Product Marketing Manager for its Home Pharmacy vertical.

As Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for product's growth with the focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention and upsell. You`ll be a great fit for our team if have entrepreneur zeal and are excited about running a large-scale business independently and adjusting strategy in real-time to optimize results. You will be a key player and effective leader who leads by example and owns complete responsibly for the success of not only your assigned market/s but your team members too.

Product Marketing Manager

- Complete Ownership of B2C customer acquisition, retention and upselling.

- Should have the strong understanding of customer insight, with an ability to blend data with user needs and habits.

- Conceptualize and manage various marketing programs for driving customer engagement. Work on customer communication at all touchpoint.

- Manage & grow different channels of customer acquisition while driving revenues & managing costs across channels.

- Drive sales team through proper insights on revenue channels & growth drivers for the business.

- Work out and implement retailer engagement model along with working on the plan for different cities and SKUs.

- The position requires cross-functional coordination with Sales, Operations, Analytics, Pharmacy, and Finance to execute and manage daily operations and campaigns.

Preferred:

1) Marketing individual with experience in Product Marketing / User Growth in Telecom, e-Commerce Startups or Online Pharmacy

2) Salary as per industry norm
