We have urgent opening for Brand Manager for Leading Healthcare at Home India Pvt. Ltd for Noida Location.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Marketer to join our growing team. The position requires managing and leading HealthCare at home (HCAH)'s brand marketing efforts with the goal of creating brand awareness, increasing product sales alongside meeting revenue goals through all channels.

The successful candidate will be an ambassador for Brand HCAH, sharing the vision and passion for building the brand both outside and inside the company. You are expected to be informed and at top of your work, keeping in touch with latest marketing trends and technologies that can be used in building an effecting brand campaign.

About the company: HealthCare atHOME is one of the leaders and pioneers of Home Healthcare industry in India. Founded in 2013 it is backed by the Burman family, the promoters of Dabur and the founders' HealthCare at Home, UK. The company specializes in providing Post-operative care at home, doing medical procedures and even setting up ICUs at home. The Homecare concept through new is fast gaining acceptance in India, with marketing growing at more than 20% annually with a total market size of roughly 2 billion $.

Brand Manager

- Will be the brand custodian & advocate outside the company as well as within.

- Should have prior experience in working with creative agencies, the person will be responsible for running & managing Omni-channel brand campaigns from brief to creative development to launch & ROI measurement.

- Exposure to ATL, BTL and digital campaigns for consumer products preferred.

- Should have good knowledge of various social media platforms like FB, LinkedIn, and Twitter etc. Should be updated with latest trends & technologies related to consumer engagement, figuring out effective ways of using them for increasing brand ROI.

- The person will also be responsible for handling the Corporate Communications and Public Relations for the company. Driving specific brand & corporate campaigns using this route.

- Should have a good analytical skill and should be able to present the campaign wise analysis with the management.

- The position will report to Director Marketing and will have a team of three under him/her.

Preferred:

- MBA from institutes like IIMs, MICA, Symbiosis etc.

- Individuals from Agency background or from FMCG, Telecoms, and Startups preferred.

- Experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communications, and Social Media Marketing.
