Who are we

Based out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable Diagnostic Labs and Hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022.

What we want you to do

- Sell products/services to potential hospitals & labs in critical care, by visiting hospitals, and medical professionals based on their needs.

- Unlock the constraints to fast track the expansion of the products in the new geographies

- Drive 0 to 1 business launch tracks and build relationships with key opinion leaders and key business partners in the these geographies to drive growth

- Reach out to prospective clients from their existing network as well as details/links shared by us in person or by call - whichever is effective.

- Attend training workshops and congresses to remain up to date with standards and developments in the industry.

- Own the sales target and work with partner hospitals'/clinics'/any healthcare institutions' team to plan and achieve the same.

- Analyze competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.

- Study each of our products to ensure expert knowledge thereof.

- Communicate with existing and budding clients to maintain working relationships.

- Inform clients about the benefits and limitations attached to each product.

- Drive product(s) activation and adoption across sales channels at prospective hospitals/clinics/any healthcare institutions post partnership with HaystackAnalytics.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and monitor and analyze their effectiveness and performance.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the hospital's business objectives and goals.

- Identify and understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors to develop sales strategies like product bundling, upselling, etc.

- Work with the sales team of the hospitals to generate prospective leads from the existing patient base and convert them into customers.

- Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and measure ROI.

- Work with the brand team to develop content for marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.

- Plan and execute events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies and event planners.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations to ensure successful campaign execution.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques.

- Conduct regular self-evaluations to ensure that you always meet sales targets.

- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and client sales/reach-outs.

- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

What are we looking in you

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in healthcare product sales and marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Experience with marketing tools and techniques.

- Ability to meet sales targets.

- Ability to travel when needed.

- Strong connections with top clinicians/Labs/hospitals in his/her region
