HaystackAnalytics - Customer Relationship Management/Marketing Role (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the company's customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and implementation, including CRM tool configuration, integration, and optimization

- Develop and execute targeted, data-driven campaigns across multiple communication channels (email, social media, SMS, etc.) to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention

- Monitor and analyze customer behaviour, preferences, and trends to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and optimize campaign performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment on customer messaging, segmentation, and targeting

- Develop and implement processes to collect and maintain accurate customer data, including segmentation and profiling

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline and automate workflows, increase efficiency, and improve data quality

- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, customer insights, and trends, and use data to inform decision-making and strategy

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to CRM, customer experience, and marketing automation

Requirement :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and HubSpot from configuration to execution of campaigns, and communication channels

- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting

- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making and strategy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Passion for customer experience and a strong customer-first mindset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Prior experience in healthcare or related brands will be an advantage
