Harvesting Inc - Senior Executive - Customer Support (1-5 yrs)
- Help existing and potential customers with their queries about our product and services.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer(s) get timely and accurate resolution of their issues.
- Update all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers- requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Answer calls/text/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints
Generic & Specific Skillset :
- Excellent command over English and Hindi Language
- Knowledge in MS Office/ Google Sheets
