Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field is good to have
Working Model:
- This is a contract-based role where the contract will be sustained solely based on performance and contribution.
- This role operates on a commission-based model, varying based on lead conversion and deal amounts. Exceeding certain benchmarks will result in increased and revised incentives.
- Candidates are afforded the flexibility to work and conduct research in their own free time, without time restrictions, as long as leads are consistently generated and converted. As the company is in its early stages, a fixed base pay is not currently guaranteed. However, this is compensated by the flexibility of work and the opportunity to be a part of our evolving journey.
