Harry Fashion LLP is an E-Commerce company currently seeking a savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us reach our target audiences in new, innovative ways.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing our online marketing strategies. Your central goal will be to help grow our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company.

- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.

- Drive website traffic and acquire leads.

- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies, and optimize marketing campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling content for SEO purposes and digital promotion.

- Assist with the creation of digital assets like banners, infographics, and blogs.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

- Create and publish engaging content.

SEO and SEM:

- Manage SEO/SEM strategy to increase the visibility of our company's online presence.

- Utilize Google Analytics and other data analysis software to monitor and analyze website traffic.

Email Marketing:

- Design and manage email campaigns.

- Track and analyze email performance.

Ad Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Performance Analytics:

- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.

- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as necessary in response to collected data and other feedback.

Competitor Analysis:

Analyze competitor strategies and create plans to overtake them.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.

- A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

- Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and SEO.

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

- Knowledge of Shopify, Magento, and other eCommerce platforms.
