- We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual for the role of a Social Media Executive who can help us bring the Haptik brand to life across social channels.

What will you do every day?

- The Social Media Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and developing Haptik's social media strategies. Equal parts strategist, communicator, and analyst, the Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in bringing the brand to life across social media channels.

- You will own the strategy and positioning of Haptik across all our channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, while constantly keeping a pulse on the latest platforms for Haptik to join. You will oversee all social content decisions for the platforms you own, driving both long-term strategy, pre-planned campaigns, and day-to-day editorial decisions.

- We are looking for someone who is creative, clear, and a focused thinker who can thrive in a quickly growing company that has a commitment to drive the Driving the World's Transition to Conversational Commerce & AI-powered Conversations.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

- Own the strategy and results for all our social media channels with a special focus on LinkedIn.

- Optimize existing social channels and explore future platforms to invest in

- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.

- Your primary focus will be promoting marketing campaigns, growing subscribers and brand awareness to support Haptik's strategic company goals

- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.

- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.)

- Work with brilliant minds from our Product Marketing, Branding and GTM teams to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals

- Customer Marketing - You will help in promoting customer testimonials, case studies, new partnerships and undertake various customer promotion activities that improve customer communication and further propel customer advocacy

- Culture and Employee advocacy


 - You will evolve our process and programs to promote new hires, company culture, company wins and highlight key milestones, further strengthening our brand presence and credibility on social media

- Directly interact and engage with followers and ensure timely response to comments/ DMs.

- Continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to build and maintain a healthy and growing audience network

- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI. Be up-to-date with all trends, tools, and practices.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of content marketing and/or social media management experience

- Proven work experience as a Social media executive in a SaaS organization

- Prior experience building a following on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

- Experience executing paid social media campaigns and community management

- Must be comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously

- Requirements is such a strong word. We don- t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you- ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.
