What will you do every day?

Haptik is on the lookout for a Business Development Representative(BDR) rockstar for the APAC Market. Someone who understands demand generation for B2B SaaS. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound email reach out and utilizing LinkedIn in addition to boost responses.

Responsibilities :

- Generate a pipeline of leads via outbound efforts through email and LinkedIn outreach

- Do contact mining based on the ideal customer profile using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Utilize Freshsales for bulk emailing and LinkedIn for followups and fresh reach out to bounced emails

- Achieve quota of qualified meetings a month for account executives to close and bring on as new customers

- Experiment and iterate the process and messaging to improve the response and conversion rates

- Effectively tap into the Haptik's ecosystem to utilize all available resources

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience working as a BDR for the APAC/US/Europe Market

- BDR experience developed working at a SaaS/Technology company that is in the B2B space

- Generated leads through outbound reach out via cold email and LinkedIn

- Assigned and met weekly and quarterly target for SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Freshsales/Hubspot/Other mailing software
