Job brief :

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who loves to exceed targets all the time. You will be in charge of the company's strategic accounts with its customers. You will also be in charge of finding new business and also be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof.

Tasks involve prospecting for new accounts, pitching Happydemic value proposition, opening strategic accounts, project management, strategic planning, sales support, and coordination. At the heart of this, you are expected to have great relationship building and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager

Job Responsibility:

- Opening potential accounts, leveraging multiple communication channels and prospecting methodologies

- Performing qualitative research on prospective as well as existing accounts to understand industry and company gaps and find ways to bridge the gap

- Understanding problem areas of accounts and pitching solutions and closing business

- Strategizing for account farming and mining

- Clearly communicating Happydemic's Value Proposition

- Building strong relationships with existing and new clients and generate regular business from client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling

- Working seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams with the goal of value creation for accounts

- Forecasting and tracking client account metrics

- Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines

- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals/ margins

- Timely payment collection

- High level of ownership

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

- Able to work under pressure

Experience: 6 - 10 years in Sales and Analytics

Solutions and Service selling experience is a must

Qualification & Eligibility Criteria :

- BBM/BMS/BA or any Graduation certification

- Preferable - Sales Certifications
