Job brief
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing executive to join our new India team to help achieve our goals. As a marketing executive, you will collaborate with teams across functions in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain user acquisition and engagement in the Indian market.
Responsibilities
1. Execute multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns with full responsibility from budgeting to attribution.
2. Build content for social media and social channels and manage a rich editorial calendar.
3. Research social media influencers & build strong relationships with them through negotiation and execution of digital campaigns and regular communication.
4. Review data on the performance of different campaigns and adjusts plans or strategies to optimize them.
Requirements
1. Have passion in social commerce. Experience working with eCommerce, marketplace, games/entertainment, or consumer brands will be preferred.
2. Mother language can be Hindi/Urdu and others will also be considered.
3. Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok & ShareChat.
4. Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and should be a hustler who knows how to get things done.
6. Relevant experience of 2-4 years. Growth hacking leveraging WhatsApp or Facebook will be preferred.
