Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns

- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity

- Work within a budget and report any overspend

- Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns

- Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs

- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns

- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary

- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns

- Google Analytics and GTM :

1. Perform an evaluation of the current system by taking an inventory of the existing tags

2. Create a new GTM container that unifies all our application tagging or move other containers (CSS Web and Mobile app) to exist centralized GTM container

3. Work with business team and Create tags using new taxonomy and metrics

4. Start work in cleaning up existing GTM container for Acquisition team

5. Start work in cleaning up GA events for all applications (starting with Mobile App)

- Download weekly media delivery and performance data from digital media platforms and providers (paid search, biddable display, paid social, programmatic, reserved media)

- Conduct data analysis in a rigorous and repeatable manner and communicate insights effectively to both technical/non-technical team members and stakeholders

- Develop internal reports to present the data in the most easily consumable way and surface the key insights from the data

- Work with the team across offices to identify common issues and provide recommendations on the data acquisition process to improve central data accuracy

- Maintain and improve existing data analysis tools and reports

- Develop insightful metrics, dashboards, reports, and insights for continuous tracking and evaluation of products

- Generating product data hypotheses, gathering data from datasets and using statistics to uncover insights and recommendations

- Establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of products

- Support and change the business on how to think and use data. Educate them in the right data use and hypothesis building
