Customer Relationship Officer Profile

Job Responsibilities, Deliverables & Pre-requisites :

- We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. Candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships

- Would be required to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts and drive conversions

- He /She should have the ability to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Addressing and answering to questions about products or the company.

- Should be able to convince the customers and also explain the benefit of various offers for the customer.

- Should be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts

- Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business

Requirements :

- Proven experience as sales/customer service role

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

- Hard Working, Sincere and some with Go-Getter attitude

- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

- A person with good communication skills, should know various languages such as Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil and other regional languages

- Maintain accuracy in updating customer information in system and database

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
