Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15-20 Field Sales Officers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Should have a team of 10+ FOS ( Freelancer )
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of sales management experience in NBSC or financial services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
