Job Role :
1. Oversee the delivery of services and service technology to our company's clients or customers
2. Evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes
3. Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
5. Communicate with customers through various channels
6. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
7. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
8. Keep a record of customer interaction, transaction, comments, and complaints
9. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
