Hiring for Assistant Manager - E Commerce
Position title : Manager Accounts B2B
Department : E-Commerce
Location : Mumbai - Kandivali
Reporting to : Head E-Commerce
Direct reports : NA
Objective of the role : Handle Customer Account (B2B partners like Cloudtail, FK retail etc)
Key responsibilities :
- As an account manager for B2B partners act as a single point of contact on behalf of the company.
- Managing business growth, selection depth and negotiations with B2B partners.
- Monitor In-stock metrics to improve stocking of assortment across B2B channel partners
- Resolving operational issues such as appointments for inbounding at partners location.
- Liaison with different internal and external departments like Finance, SCM, production of at both within and channel partners location to facilitate smooth business functioning.
- Handle account reconciliation between B2B partners and Hamilton
- Maintain price parity amongst all channel partners and ensure Minimum
- Operating Price (MOP) is adhered to at all times.
- The role in essence will manage end to end business of B2B partner on behalf of the company.
Competencies/skills :
- Ability to coordinate and plan the business operations
- To negotiate business terms
- Fair understanding of accountancy as role shall involve supporting reconciliation process of B2B partners
- Understanding of business processes and sale
