HaloBee is a Retail Analytics firm with the vision to digitize offline retail. We are looking for young, enthusiastic professionals with a mind for out-of-the-box solutions to join our sales team. Huge Growth Potential!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect potential new clients and turn them into long-term clients

2. Cold-calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

3. Build and maintain relationship between HaloBee and Brand Managers/Store Managers/Marketing Managers of some of the biggest retail brands in the world.

4. Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.

5. Travel frequently and set up meetings - both, offline and online

Desired Skills and Experience:

1) Min. 1 year of experience in B2B sales.

2) The necessary skills include good networking, persuasive conversationalist, ease with public speaking, strong research ability, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, identification of customer needs and challenges, meeting sales goals, professionalism and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation would be on a Fixed+Variable basis.
